Welcome to Truck Packer, a web-based truck packing application developed by Backline Logic LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:


1. Account & Access
To use Truck Packer, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities under your account.

2. Subscriptions & Payments
Truck Packer is offered as a subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase.No Refund Policy: Once a subscription has been paid (monthly or annually), we typically do not issue refunds. For example, if you choose a yearly plan and cancel after 7 months, you will retain access through the remaining 5 months, but no partial refund will be issued.Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion. You may email us at truckpacker@backlinelogic.com if you believe your case warrants one.

3. Referral Program
We offer a referral discount for users who help us grow our community.If you refer someone who signs up, and you can prove this to us by emailing truckpacker@backlinelogic.com, we’ll issue you a 25% discount code for a future subscription.Limit one code per referral, subject to verification.

4. Software License
By subscribing to Truck Packer, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the web-based software for your internal business use.You may not:Copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to extract source code.Share your account or access with others.All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Backline Logic LLC.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice.
