Using a pre-formatted CSV template, you can easily measure out all of your cases, then reupload all of your equipment at one time.
Don't want to go through the headache of importing? Fair enough. Just add cases directly on the inventory page one at a time!
Still too complicated? No problem. You can still add cases directly from the 3D designer. This is great for those last minute adds you didn't account for.

Cases snap around each other with "magenet" like movements. This is possible to disable when you need things to be a little off center, or don't wont things to snap together.

The solver will suggest a few different itterations of a pack that can be manually modified to work with real life scenarios.
Have a stack of cases that stick together? Or have a section of the trailer you've already configured? Group it and the solver will not seperate the cases.

Re-activate your subscription at any point. We will keep your inventory and packs secure on our servers until you decide to re-instate your subscription free of charge. We understand that tours may only need to use this few a few weeks out of the year - and that's totally okay!
Hit our contact forum, and let us know your situation. We never want anyone to feel like they are in some sort of bad contract... if you signed up for a year, but 3 months in and it's still not what you need we can work with you on a solution either via partial refund, or see to it that your specific needs are met.
Not yet… if we get enough requests for this it’s something we will look into for sure. You can open the app on a phone, but not much beyond that. Eventually we would love to add mobile viewing capabilities so crews/employees can easily view a virtual pack in a 3D space, instead of traditional printed methods.
There is a weight input on the inventory section, but the Autopacker is currently weight ignorant. That being said, it's a very real conversation and we're discussing building out at least some sort of visual cue to case weight so a user could manually adjust distrobution when neccesary.
Truck Packer is a work in progress, and while this is very much an active, high priority ticket item for us there is currently not direct integration. Many of the industry standard platforms offer easy to use APIs that we are actively exploring utilizing to speed up the utilization process.
