We know how incredibly important weight distribution is to some of our users - especially those with bus trailers. With Truck Packer you can visualize "hot-spots" in your pack and refine your load before you get to the dock.
You shouldn't have to pay $12 - $15 to ensure your load is within legal limits of your license class. Instead use Truck Packer's Weight Readout giving you certainty that the sum of your cases is under your payload capacity.
Before Truck Packer, logistics planning may have ben a pen, paper, and calculator operation. Get instant realtime feedback if your load is over restrictions as the scale includes everything in the packing space.
Need to know how dense it's going to be, or if that box 20' box truck load should actually be a 26'? With Autopack, this is possible with a single button press.
The solver will suggest a few different itterations of a pack that can be manually modified to work with real life scenarios.
Have a stack of cases that stick together? Or have a section of the trailer you've already configured? Group it and the solver will not seperate the cases.
Within minutes, you'll feel like a pro user of Truck Packer because the software is intuitive to use, and simple for all. Anyone can use this: no drafting or 3D experience required.
Cases snap around each other with "magenet" like movements. This is possible to disable when you need things to be a little off center, or don't wont things to snap together.
Toggle between perspective and orthoscopic camera views of your Truck Packs. Orthoscopic when you need a 2D, Perspective when you want it to feel like a video game.
Using a pre-formatted CSV template, you can easily measure out all of your cases, then reupload all of your equipment at one time. If you have a preexisting case list from a vendor, simply reformat to match our template and upload your list in no time.
Don't want to go through the headache of importing? Fair enough. Just add cases directly on the inventory page one at a time! Give cases dimensions, including length, width, height and also weight. Lock out flipping for cases that should never be tipped from the inventory.
Still too complicated? No problem. You can still add cases directly from the 3D designer. This is great for those last minute adds you didn't account for.

While functionality is limited, it is indeed possible to use Truck Packer on a mobile device. It's easy to move the camera around, and even manipulate case movements, but Desktop use is reccomended for heavy usage. We're activily working on adding mobile viewing capabilities so crews/employees can easily view a virtual pack in a 3D space, instead of traditional printed methods.
Truck Packer has a few tools such as a togglable scaling color gradient to visualize weight distribution of your load plus a total weight calculator making it easy to quickly determine if you are over appliable total weight restrictions.
Truck Packer is a work in progress, and while this is very much an active, high priority ticket item for us there is currently not direct integration. Many of the industry standard platforms offer easy to use APIs that we are actively exploring utilizing to speed up the utilization process.
Most browsers that we've tested Truck Packer in work totally fine, but it's been optimized for Google Chrome so our reccomendation is to use that if you run into any issues.
