Truck Packer vs Load!: $28 a Month in Any Browser vs $11 to $34 a Month on One Windows PC

Load! costs 9.95 to 29.95 euros a month (about $11 to $34) per Windows install, and its cheapest tier beats our price. Truck Packer is $28 a month in any browser, with a crew link on any phone. Load! still has dangerous goods rules and delivery order today.

Truck Packer vs Load!: $28 a Month in Any Browser vs $11 to $34 a Month on One Windows PC

Load! costs €9.95 to €29.95 a month per Windows install, about $11 to $34, and Truck Packer Pro costs $28 a month in any browser. So Load!'s cheapest plan costs less than we do, and I'd rather say that up front. What the difference buys you is a planner that opens on any computer or phone with nothing to install, and a load plan your crew reads off a link instead of a printout.

Load! is made by Daubnet, a software company near Hamburg that's been around since 1990. It shows up in EasyCargo's price table of load planners, so here's a straight comparison, including where it beats us.

Load! costs €9.95 to €29.95 a month, or €99.50 to €299.50 a year

Load! comes in three tiers: Silver at €9.95 a month, Gold at €14.95 and Diamond at €29.95. Paying yearly gets you 12 months for the price of 10, so €99.50, €149.50 or €299.50. At October 2026 exchange rates that's about $11, $17 and $34 a month. Prices include German VAT, each license covers one Windows install, and there's a free trial plus a 60-day money-back guarantee. EasyCargo's table still lists Load! as a €79 lifetime license, but Load! is sold as a subscription now.

Truck Packer Pro costs $28 a month, or $21 a month billed annually

Pro is for one person and includes unlimited packs, the case and container library, CSV import, PDF export, AutoPack, weight visualization, shareable packs and a loadout checklist. Billed annually it's $21 a month, about $252 a year, which lands between Load!'s Gold and Diamond yearly plans. The 7-day trial unlocks every Business feature with no credit card. Business adds multi-user orgs, multi-truck packs, the advanced importer, API access and SSO, and it's contact-for-pricing.

Load! runs on Windows 10 and 11, Truck Packer runs in any browser

Source: Daubnet, Load!

Load! is a desktop download for Windows 10 or 11, and it needs a graphics card with OpenGL 3D support. There's no Mac, web or mobile version, and it comes in English and German. Truck Packer opens at app.truckpacker.com on a Mac, a PC, a tablet or a phone with nothing to install. You drag cases into the truck, AutoPack fills the space, and anything that collides or sits outside the walls gets flagged. I'm a FOH engineer, and after years of planning trailer packs in Excel, SketchUp and chalk on the dock floor, I built it so someone new can use it on day one.

Load! handles dangerous goods and delivery order today, and Truck Packer doesn't yet

Source: Daubnet, Load!

This is where Load! is ahead. Items can be set to do not tilt, do not turn or must stand on the floor, extra cargo overflows into more containers, and wizards compare container sizes against freight costs. Gold adds loading and delivery addresses in a set order, and Diamond adds a UN/IMDG dangerous goods database that keeps items apart when they can't share a container. Truck Packer's AutoPack is a space solver, and it doesn't take stack limits, bottom-only rules or unload order yet. We show total weight per container and a weight view of the pack, and axle and kingpin weights are in progress. If you ship hazmat by sea, Load! Diamond does a job we don't.

Every Load! tier exports to Excel and PDF, and Gold adds a loading-steps report with your logo on it. To open the plan itself, the other person needs Load! installed on a Windows machine. Truck Packer's Crew View is a public link with the load plan, notes and a shared checklist, and it opens on any phone with no account. Since v0.10.2 the share button also makes a QR code, so the crew can scan the plan at the dock. Every container still gets its own PDF if you want paper taped inside the door.

Both import from Excel, and only Load! Diamond pulls orders from an ERP

Source: Daubnet, Load! and Truck Packer, Pricing

Load! has an Excel import wizard on every tier, a shared item database on a network drive from Gold up, and a Diamond connection that pulls items and whole orders out of an ERP or company database. Truck Packer Pro imports CSV, and the Business importer also reads XLSX and dimensions packed into one column like 48x24x30. Business has a REST API too, so your own system can build a pack. We don't have an ERP connector. If your load is road cases, the manufacturer library has thousands of real cases you can drop in without a tape measure.

Load! is cheaper, Truck Packer is easier to hand to a crew

If you plan containers at one Windows desk and the plan goes out on paper, Load! Silver at about $11 a month is hard to beat on price, and Diamond's dangerous goods handling is a real reason to pick it. Truck Packer costs more than Silver, but it builds the same 3D load plan on any device and puts it on every phone on the dock without an install or an account. Both have free trials, so build the same load in each and see which one your crew actually reads.
